"I lived in Caprock for nearly 7 years and Angélica and her staff have always been great! Everybody is very professional and caring. I really appreciated the premium cable but more than anything, the great Spectrum internet that Angélica managed to negotiate at a preferential rate for us. I have never known an apartment manager who managed, or even cared, to work out a deal like that. Last summer, there was a pipe that burst under my kitchen and they put me in one of their corporate units for 2 weeks while they fixed it. This resulted in me getting a new A/C unit which worked amazingly great and lowered my electric bill by a substantial amount. I also really enjoyed the fitness center and ample laundry and drier units. The location is great, too! It is close to a Walgreen's and there is a convenience store across the street, not to mention quite a few restaurants close by, including Applebee's. The pest control service is so good, I rarely saw any insects.I will miss the parties, too that Angélica and her staff would throw. I highly recommend Caprock Apartment Homes!"
